Gothic Arch Wood Buildings
From traditional greenhouses to outdoor kitchens, our gothic arch structures are a low-carbon and cost effective alternative to steel construction. We utilize locally-harvested, sustainably sourced timber to produce custom buildings and DIY kits that are beautiful, durable, and a pleasure to be in.
As farmers and designers, we set out to create solutions for our own farm which could outperform conventional alternatives in four key domains: cost, strength, carbon footprint, and aesthetic appeal. After all, we work AND play in our outdoor structures--we need them to produce plants efficiently, as well as to host dinner parties, camp outs, and even outdoor movie theater nights. This unique prompt led to the development of Arch Wood buildings, which we are proud to share with others who enjoy being in nature as much as we do.
We've created kits that are easy to assemble, and which quickly create a large amount of space which can be set up for a huge variety of uses. Additionally, we love to design and install custom solutions to help you reach your goals--whether it's automatically-irrigated high density raised bed veggie or cannabis systems, or a quiet, shaded studio, retreat, or outdoor destination. These are the largest frames we produce, which were designed to create functional and beautiful space for anything you can imagine. Available as easy-to-assemble DIY kits delivered (or shipped LTL) to your location, or assembled by our crew on your site.

These frames are endlessly customizable to your needs, and more cost-effective and durable than most other frames in this size range. We use these frames as chicken and duck coops, seedling houses, and potting sheds on the farm.

One thing leads to another...in our endless experimentation with the ancient gothic arch form, traditional wood bending techniques, and modern technology, we have been able to create a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and types of arched wood laminate frames. From shop spaces and studios, to sculptural teahouses and aquaponics biodomes; from outdoor pizza oven kitchens to "drive-in" movie theaters, from comfortable cabins to glamping platforms...we love the endless uses of these buildings!
